Kate began her professional career in 2007. She has worked with the Saint Louis Ballet, Tulsa Ballet, Orlando Ballet, and most recently Terpsicorps Theater of Dance. Classically trained, she has expanded into Neo-classical, contemporary, and other styles to open opportunities in the future.
Throughout her career, and long before, Kate has experience training in everything from Ballet to Pilates, yoga, strength training and weight lifting, rock climbing, and many other fitness forms. Kate is currently attaining her Nutrition Coach Certification with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as well.
Kate has been the Owner & Instructor of AntiGravity®KR Aerial Yoga & Suspension Fitness since 2013. With a wide range of training styles in her background AntiGravity® is a wonderful culmination of the many fitness styles, including the integration of spine decompression and flying.
Kate has had the privilege of working and collaborating with many Dancers, Choreographers, and Directors throughout her professional career as of yet. She has experienced the in-depth process of creating new works many times, as well as reimagining characters she portrays and returning to pieces that are repeatedly enhanced with choreographic details. Having professional experience since 2007, Kate is looking to new heights and expanding her scope as an artist and entrepreneur. She hopes to become a more well rounded individual both mentally and physically while collaborating with other professionals in the realms of Dance, Fitness, and in new challenges.
